Materials are in need
1 lbr. Chocolate Cake, midline 25x3cm

Chocolate Ice Cream
ingredients:
5 g gelatin
50 ml of water
Btr 2 egg yolks
30 g powdered sugar

syrup:
50 g dark cooking chocolate
15 g cocoa powder
50 grams sugar
150 ml of water
150 ml evaporated milk
1 tsp of CMC
1 tbsp rhum BF, if desired
1 tablespoon brown pasta BF

Other Ingredients:
250 gr whipped cream, beaten stiff
1 can, black cherry

How to Make:

     Combine gelatin and water, stir well, the team until translucent.
     Mix all syrup ingredients, together with a gelatin nodes.
     Beat the egg yolks and sugar until thick, pour the gelatin mixture gradually while shaken at low speed. Let stand until cool.
     Prepare a stiff whipped cream, pour the gelatin mixture and stir well. Freeze.
     Arrange in a baking dish-me dialas plastic, cake, black cherry, ice cream
     Freeze in freezer.
     Once frozen, remove from freezer, decorate with whipped cream and shaved chocolate to your taste
