500gr Strawberries, cleaned of leaves
2400ml yogurt
800ml fresh milk
400gr sugar
Strawberry syrup 400ml
250ml Whipping Cream
How To Make
Follow these steps to succeed
1 Blend strawberries that have been washed clean until smooth
2 Put sugar, milk and whipping cream. Blend again until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3 Put the strawberry syrup, then stir until blended
4 insert the yogurt, stirring until blended back
5 Freeze in freezer until half frozen. Then beat with electric mixer until smooth, doing less than 3 times.
6 Enter again to the freezer until frozen.
7 Strawberry Yoghurt Ice Cream at the ready meal
